Our goal is to provide a pure, all natural maple syrup. The syrup is made from the sap that our trees produce, which is then boiled in our evaporator at our farm for your table. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! We have been making maple syrup since 1983. We started with just 30 milk jugs. Five years later we had 700 buckets and 500 taps on tubing. Today we have grown to 16,500 taps on tubing with vacuum and the sap is boiled on a Lapierre Force 5 Wood Fired Evaporator to keep the same great taste as the good old days.
